　　一、信函寫(xiě)作：稱(chēng)呼、正文、落款

　　語(yǔ)域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達(dá)，不用縮略語(yǔ)(對(duì)公)

　　半正式：可以使用縮略和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)(對(duì)私)

　　呼語(yǔ)： 特定的寫(xiě)信對(duì)象：Dear XX

　　2、正文

　　三段(8句)：寫(xiě)作目的段、細(xì)化段、感謝或者期待。
