    外貿(mào)傳真英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作注意事項(xiàng)：上面引用的傳真首頁(yè)上方的信頭，并不是所有傳真都要沿用的格式，但這些內(nèi)容給收發(fā)雙方帶來(lái)更多的方便。傳真信頭用縮略語(yǔ)：

    Ref.（reference） —信涵參考編號(hào)，一般編號(hào)往往包括有關(guān)人員的姓名的首字母。

    Our Ref.： —我方編號(hào)，即發(fā)信人編號(hào)。

    Your Ref.： —貴方編號(hào)，即收信人編號(hào)。

    Atten.： —收件人CC： —抄送（其他收件人）

    傳真正文中出現(xiàn)了“be+動(dòng)詞不定式”結(jié)構(gòu)。這種結(jié)構(gòu)用來(lái)表示一種按照計(jì)劃或安排即將發(fā)生的動(dòng)作或行為。例如：Our shares are to be issued next month . —我們的股票將于下個(gè)月發(fā)行。

    Our company is to be granted a World Bank credit soon. –- 我們公司即將獲得一筆世界銀行貸款。

    這種結(jié)構(gòu)還用來(lái)表示：1） 可能發(fā)生的行為。例如：The credit is to be granted when we have enough money.—我們有了一定資金后即可獲得貸款。

    2） 注定要發(fā)生的行為。例如：All supplies are to written in our records. —所有供貨我們都有記錄在案。

    這種結(jié)構(gòu)除了用被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)外，也可以用主動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)。例如：The Board are to meet tomorrow.—董事會(huì)將于明天開(kāi)會(huì)。

    當(dāng)并列句用這種結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)，并列連詞及動(dòng)詞“be”均可省略。例如：We are a company in the course of privatization，our shares to be issued next month.我方為一家正在向私有化轉(zhuǎn)制的公司，我方股票將于下個(gè)月發(fā)行。

    上述例句加上并列連詞和動(dòng)詞“be”后是這樣的：We are a company in the course of privatization and our shares are to be issued next month. We want to discuss the terms of the contract ，our company to be granted a World Bank credit soon.我們想討論一下合同條款，因我們公司將很快得到一筆世界銀行貸款。

    上句如果補(bǔ)充完整應(yīng)是這樣的：We want to discuss the terms of the contract as our company is to be granted a World Bank credit soon.
